I have the same issue with OH 3.2

also after 15 - 30 minutes ?

In this post a user remarked that in his case it seems to be related to ISP disconnects.

I think that my problem has to do with the 24h disconnect from ISP. That’s why I run this rule according to the diconnect. Since then I have no more problems.
