don’t know if is the right place; i’d like to buy a Chuwi robot that use bluetooth and an android app to control it.
There is a way to make it compatibile with OH?
Rather, there is a way to sniff bluetooth commands and replicate it via openhab?

With OH 1 the answer is definitely no. The BT binding, for those who can get it to work, only tells you when a BT device is nearby or not.
There are updates to the BT binding for OH 2 which will be able to do more but that does not mean it will be able to work with any old BT device that comes along. I suppose it is theoretically possible to sniff the BT messages, assuming that it isn’t encrypted, but that is not going to be an easy task.
