Install HABpanel?

I must have missed some importent pages somewhere but I can´t find where to download/install the habpanel-master folders? I running OH2 on Win10.

It would be available via PaperUI as an selectable UI IF you would have selected “Include Experimental Extension” under Paper UI- Config -System- Extension Management

I tried that but when I connect with URL=http://10.10.1.200:8080/static/habpanel/ I only get error 403. Should I use another URL for OH2?

For it is
http://MyServerIP:8080/habpanel/index.html#/
I don’t know where you got the “static” from.

Should be listed when you access localhost:8080 then select it here if installed…
I needed to uninstall then install again to get it working from paper UI
