InsteonPLM Binding doesn't show up in PaperUI config screen?

I moved to Openhab2 and added the InsteonPLM binding via the PaperUI > Add-ons. However the binding does not show up in the PaperUI if I go to Configuration > Bindings like my other bindings do.

I’m not sure if this is expected? I created my items and rules via text files (copied across from 1.x) and they work fine.

InsteonPLM is a OpenHab 1x binding, so configuration will not show up in paper. Just create a conf/services/insteonplm.cfg file with something like this in it:

insteonplm:port_0=/hub2/Rebellio:vv7AU6Ug@10.88.64.100:25105,poll_time=1000
poll_interval=1800000
modem_db_retry_timeout=300000
