I there I have IP webcams I can see via local IP address while on my network at home in HABpanel as they are not externally accessible Im not seeing them in myopenHAB
whats the best way round this ?

I don’t know the “best” solution for you. However, you might want to have a look at this:
I haven’t played with it yet. It’s on my list of things to do, but I have not gotten around to it.

Myopenhab (the cloud connentor, and it’s proxy like tech (someone is bound to correct my word use for sure)) does not support exposing other stuff than openhab and the content generated by openhab.
Some other proxy service might enable this however
