# iOS Tutorial to Push Notifications using a self hosted openHAB Cloud instance

Dear community,

could anybody help me out with a step by step guide on how to get Push Notifications working for iOS devices on a self hosted OpenHAB cloud instance?

What I got:

- newest build of OpenHAB cloud runs smoothly and I can connect from the app on an iOS device
- push notifications are working fine when relying on myopenhab
- I got an paid Apple Developer Account
- I got my own domain with certificates from Let’s Encrypt

Let me know if you need any more details and thanks in advance for any answers as well as thanks for all the hard work on openHAB.
