That looks to me like the Black Bean Mini. I’ve got one controlling my A/C and TV via openHAB 1.8 at the moment. It was a bit of a mission to get working (packet captures and parsing to produce the MAP files needed)

If it’s Broadlink RM3 aka Black Bean, you could also use a python script via exec binding to control it. You can find more information here:
If it’s not RM3, you should look for one, because it’s really cheap and works pretty well.

In davorf link i reed something about using mqtt and this is good for me. If i use this method should i use MAP file? do exist some information how to write/config this file.
