i have created a habpanel widget for a IR led remote
you can downloaded it from github https://github.com/rdsivd/openhab-habpanel-widgets
You have to copie
broadlink-irled.map in yours boradlink.map
icon files to \conf\icons\classic
and select broadlink command item
