Is not possible to pair 2 iOS accounts to Homekit for OH2?

I’m trying to pair my wife phone and mine with OH2 via Homekit in order to manage our house but I’m only able to pair one account. Once I pair one phone (iOS account) with OH2 the other phone can’t even see the OH Hub…

Is that behavior normal?
If yes, is there any workaround to allow multi account pairing with Homekit?

This is normal. Not just for OpenHAB but HomeKit in general. The correct way to do it is to invite others from the “primary” account: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204893 (sharing). If you use Family Sharing the other people should be there to share with.
