Removal of the OH 1.x Compatibility Layer

Persistence services is an important topic: Clearly, we do not want to lose them, because we would be left without any persistence. My plan was to actually change the persistence API back from ESH to openHAB namespace and then move ALL persistence add-ons from openhab1-addons to openhab2-addons as they will require very little adaption to then work without the compat layer. So if they work, they should have been added to the distro. This is hardly any work and people were asked since FIVE years many times to do so.
