Is there a release planning?

Hi all, I’m currently running openHAB 2.3.0 Release Build on a RPi.
There is a binding in the market-place (DSMR binding which is available for 2.4.0 snapshot.

Can I find the (expected) release date for the next stable release? I would like to decide if I start to test with the snapshot or if I will wait for the next stable release.

I know it’s all depending on all the volunteers, but is there any kind of planning?

The usual release cadence is about every six months. 2.3 was released at the end of May so I wouldn’t expect another release until around December.
