I think it might be more interesting if OH provides full Python environment

• Jython Scripting - Automation | openHAB (we have a new maintainer so it’s being updated again)
• Python3 Scripting (still under development but advancing quickly)

ChatGPT - Bindings | openHAB is a start with people looking to add support (or alternative add-ons) for Ollama and others. You don’t need Python to get integration with AI.
