Am running OH 5.2.0-SNAPSHOT #5251. Use 5 different MAC adresses for IP and presence detection of the related devices. Directly after enabling the LAN sub device thing, the result looks like this and 5 different IPs are detected:
Instead of 5 different IPs, the result is three times 192.168.1.156 and two times 192.168.1.181. The presence detection seems not to be affected. But this needs to be further observed. Disabling/enabling of the thing brings up the right IPs once for 60 secs.
Yes, i use repeaters. But the IP adresses in my Fritzbox 7590 AX UI are always shown correct. Otherwise disabling/enabling of the thing would not bring up the correct IP adresses again (for at least 60 secs).
I can confirm dk8pns behaviour.
I have a FB 7490, no repeaters, just one large switch attached.
I also had the issue that several devices were reported with the same IPs. But just when I wanted to take a screenshot, I noticed that almost all report the correct IP at the moment - but I removed several devices after I noticed that many looked identical, so I have less items to compare now.
I only have two devices with the same IP shown at the moment: One (ESP8266) reports via MQTT its real IP and the other ones (Google home) are retrieved from my FritzBox. This one should be 25 at the moment, but is reported as 13 as well.
I have not tested disabling/enabling the thing so far.
Presence detection seems to be unaffected, as I would receive push-messages when leaving the house with those devices still left on.
