I’m currently setting up an openHAB system at home, and I’ve run into a frustrating issue with the WiFi network connectivity. I’ve been using a Raspberry Pi 4 with the openHABian image, and it works fine for a while after setup, but then it frequently disconnects from the WiFi network, especially when adding or removing devices via the app.
I’ve followed the official guide for setting up the WiFi, and everything seems fine initially. The network is stable with other devices, so I suspect it’s related to the openHAB system’s handling of WiFi settings or the connected devices. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with WiFi connectivity?
Would it help to switch to a different WiFi adapter, or should I try adjusting the openHAB configuration settings? I’m also considering setting up a static IP for the Raspberry Pi to see if that improves stability.
