Item are not listen in the group section

What could be the reason, that new opened items are not listen in the selection of the group items of a group-item? → see the following pictures.

What version of OH are you using? What browser are you using?

OH4 with safari. Now i tried Firefox. With it it works. Thanks a lot for the hint! The world can something be so easy.
