Item not on panel

Hello there,

I did approach a strange behavior.
I did create a new item on the standard panel of openhab3 - exactly the same way I did with the others.
However, this item is not visible on the panel after saving and leaving the edit mode.
What could have happened?

Using Edge was the sollution, unfortunately the reload in Firefox did not bring any improvement.
