Items and Events not registering in myopenhab.org

Hi,

I am working with openHab 1.8.3 on Windows 10. I am trying to set up automation with the MyQ Garage Opener.

I have everything working to where I can control my openers and see it online in myopenhab.org.

I am stuck trying to get the IFTTT integration working as I am not seeing the GarageDoorSwitch item show up on the Items page, nor do I see the events. I do see all the events in the local logs.

I read some older topics that sounded like the same issue and tried the suggestions:

  • I have clicked the activation link for myopenhab.org.
  • I have tried running openhab update GarageDoorSwitch ON from my console and restarting.
  • I have my openhab.cfg with the following line: openhabcloud:expose=GarageDoorSwitch

No joy.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I sort of solved it. Upgraded to 2.0 and it worked immediately.
