jsr223: Delayed loading after startup

Hi!

I have switched completely to jython scripts.
For correct loading on startup, I need the same delay like for the rules on startup.

But both parameters

folder:rules=60,rules
folder:scripts=60,script

doesnt work.

Any ideas?
