When OpenHAB restarts, 2 bindings get lost / are being deinstalled

Hy there, I am using OH 3.3.0. Can anyone help me with this issue: Always when I restart openHAB (or when my Rasberry Pi restarts, e.g. due to a power outage), two of my bindings are getting lost. These bindings are: “OpenWebNet (BTicino/Legrand)” and “Somfy Tahoma Binding” (I see them as not installed after the restart). All other bindings in OH remain installed. Principally, I can help myself by re-installing the two bindings, but when a new power outage happens some months later I lose the t…
