I just replaced my whole (small) house with Kasa this weekend. Running a d-link dir-860 with ~10 devices, only one seems to flapping. I have noticed the odd reset of a switch, but I have been turning circuit breakers on and off in the house a lot.
Since going to OH3.4, I am not seeing this issue anymore. My logs are clean and I am not seeing the devices going offline.
