Dear community,
Does anyone have experience with the GIRA HomeServer?
I want to help a friend to become an openhabian - his house was just new KNX wired by an electrician. And central hub is a GIRA HomeServer 4.
Unfortunately, I have found not suitable at all in the Forum and hope that someone has already had experience with this server.
Specific question is, if it is as a “normal” KNX/IP-interface addressed and, if so, how? (tunnel, router, port,…)

I had a berker KNX server installed by an electrician, but found it to difficult to program. So at first I ran openhab besides the KNX server and finally replaced it. The KNX server is more limited as it only controles the KNX devices.
I think you need only one smart hub to controle your home automation. Although the KNS server costs a lot of money, I found openhab to have far more option to control the KNX as well as other home automation devices.
