Locations, Equipment, Properties pages not showing up

Hello,
a friend of mine just started with OpenHAB and he has the problem that the auto-generated pages “Locations”, “Equipment” and “Properties” are not showing up.

He has defined the semantic model with locations and equipment.
When he clicks on “edit homepage” in the upper right corner of the overview, he can see the rooms etc.
When he clicks on “Run Mode”, the Locations, Equipments etc. are shown.

But the pages that should be autogenerated do not show up.
What are we missing?

Could you post one of your item/point configs?
Maybe you are missing the semantic properties (i.e. Temperature etc.).

Problem solved.
The checkbox for “Display model cards to administrators” was not set.
