Log file spoiled NanoHTTPD.java:403 could not delete file, MEMORY_STORE_LIMIT

Can anybody help me with this? In the GitHub Wiki they say you should do the following:

Temporary workaround: increase MEMORY_STORE_LIMIT to avoid temporary files.

but I don’t know where and how to increase the MEMORY_STORE_LIMIT.
