Lost karaf password, can't update 2.1.0

I have version 2.1.0 on Windows 10 and still exploring the system.
Here is a screenshot of the karaf startup –

Launching the openHAB runtime…
karaf.bat: Ignoring predefined value for KARAF_HOME

It’s not a live system controlling anything in the house yet.
Would like to update OpenHab to 2.4
Password fails on Karaf when trying su commands. Tried habopen and a bunch of others.
Probably changed it and didn’t write it down. (What a rookie mistake!)

Can I safely delete the openHAB2 folder and start fresh? It can’t find any openhab entries in the registry.
Searched forums and didn’t see how to delete and reinstall with Windows OS.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Nope, nothing is written there during installation. Deleting the folder means openHAB is completley uninstalled.
Good luck with 2.4, many improvments waiting for you :grinning:
