Hello guys, I would like alle variables from a LS3024B EPSOLAR solarcontroller on my openhab 2.
Raspi and openhabian are up and running.
It appears that this is a chinese device
They have a USB to RS485 cable to connet a computer to the device
There appear also to be a computer program to access the controller but that is only for windows
There is no detailed API or protocol published on their website
All that is correct …
I don’t have windows so I don’t know if the software provided can send data or publish it for third party controller like OH.
You will need to ask the manufacturers about protocols and API to access the device
