M-Bus, binding available?

Hi all,

to read out my water & heat sensor I’ve ordered an optical to USB interface via internet. Which should make the values/protocol available via a virtual serial port. Is there already a binding available to support M-Bus? The device I’ll try to connect to is a NeoVac Supercal 539.

Were you successful in finding a binding or another solution to that because I want to do almost the same thing :).
