SendHtmlMail has been fixed after the 3.3 release and is included in current SNAPSHOTS and upcoming Milestone.

Please use SendMail instead of SendHtmlMail in the script. Then the play button of the rule works again. Hans-Jörg has already pushed a fix for the up comming OH3.4.
Then it should work out-of-the box. In OH3.3 the SendMail works but SendHtmlMail is not working.
I changed some weeks ago in all my rules and all works as expected.
