Hi OpenHab community.
I’m running OpenHAB 4.3.1 on Pi 5 with a Sonoff Zigbee dongle.
I’m trying to install a carbon monoxide detector to secure my home.
I initially bought a Zigbee Chinese crap that alas wasn’t even compatible with my system.
So I decided to take a bank loan and buy a Nedis Zbdco11wt .
The device is easily detected and exposes many channels about the battery and tampering… but nothing of what I was interested in:
- the measured monoxide levels,
- or at least a monoxide alarm switch.
During installation scan by the Zigbee binding, there is an error message in the OH log - see below.
As the message refers to sensor configuration, there is maybe something wrong with OH or the binding.
Searching the message on the web I got a few old hits, but most of them are Greek to me.
So, is there any chance this can be corrected or should I ask to be refunded?
Any help or similar experience appreciated.
Regards
