More than 1 Anel Device

Hi

I’m trying to add a second Anel-Device to my openHAB 1.8.1.
With one device it’s working…with the second I get this error:

2016-04-23 16:47:00.614 [ERROR] [a.internal.AnelConnectorThread] - Error occured when connecting to NET-PwrCtrl device
java.net.BindException: Address already in use

I didn’t find in Binding-Description that this should not work:

IP or network address (optional but recommended, defaults to ‘net-control’)
anel:anel1.host=192.168.1.57
anel:anel2.host=192.168.1.65

Any help?

Thanks
Michael

Yes: try different ports for the two devices. I recommend ports above 1024, e.g. 7751/7771 (for sending and receiving) for one device and 7752/7772 for another. My setup includes 7 such devices.

Yeahhh…working! Thanks!!

Good to hear that it’s also working for you. I added a note about the ports of multiple devices on the wiki page.
