- all those events happen at the same time, probably during some sort of initialization - it’s highly unlikely that you receive all those as zwave messages
- your log does not show any zwave message so you have not enabled debugging.
If I was to guess zwave binding cannot access the serial port either because it’s misconfigured or a serial helper bundle is lacking. There’s various posts on this on the forum so go search these please.
