Mount USB Stick with write permission to use PiShrink

I tried to follow this tutorial: Raspberry Pi Image installieren, Backup und verkleinern - techgeeks.de to reduce the size of my OH3 image.
The problem is a missing write permission on the mounted NTFS file system of the USB stick.
Can someone tell me how to change the permission please?
