MQTT Broker: COMMUNICATION_ERROR

    • Java Runtime Environment: ZULU 11
  • Issue of the topic:
    Hello, try to set up a SonOff flashed with Tasmota fw.
    I create a Thing with MQTT Broker but the STATUS is OFF LINE.
    This is the error: io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused: no further information: /192.168.1.76:1883.
    Any idea how can proceed?

What broker have you got installed? Where isthat to be found? Does it require you to provide a password?

Many tanks for your response man.
Now it works. the problem is that i not have installed any Broker MQTT.
Now i have used this free broker online “test.mosquitto.org” and the status of MQTT is now ONLINE.

But now i have a new problem with “OpenHab cloud”…i insert the “secret” and “UUID” in https://myopenhab.org/ but it is allways offline
