Multiple bindings for one item-zwave

Hello. I’m new in OpenHab. My item is:
Switch Motion_Sensor “MotionSensor” (group) { zwave=“46:command=sensor_binary,respond_to_basic=true” , mqtt="<[mosquitto:inTopic:state:default]" }

How to configure the mqtt part in this case?

Some time ago I suddenly found that it’s not possible. You can only have one binding per item. Or I’m wrong?
