If I well understood an item represents an object by means of bindings.
Well, if I have two objects (e.g. tow Smart Lamps) of the same brand and therefore same binding, how I will connect to them? I imagine that there will be different configurations for every item, wouldn’t it?
Can someone give me some example?

It depends on the binding. For example, in zwave each device has a Node number and you reference that Node number in the binding config for the Item. Look at the write-up for your specific binding to see how it addresses individual devices.
