why items can’t be added to cloud openhab?
my item list in openhab cloud is empty.
For remotely controlling your items via a sitemap the items do not have to be on that list!
You can no longer add items to the free openhab cloud for IFTT control.

If you need Items you can host your own version of openHAB cloud.
Some people abused the Items piece and kept crashing the server. The Foundation cannot charge and cannot increase the resources.
so how to i turn on/off a switch by alexa echo dot?
(i have installed the alexa binding)
