This seems to be a general problem right now. There are several topics describing the same problem, that I have, btw, too. So far no hints or solutions.

So last log message in the logs says, I’m connected, myhab.org says, I’m disconnected.

This is not a lot of info to go off of. What version of openhab do you have, are there any log files you can share, what do you do to get it back online, how long does it stay online, etc…
If you can PM me your UUID i can check our logs to see if there is anything there.
Seems like it tries to reconnect every 30 seconds without success…
If all instances would do this - maybe the cloud service does not come back to life under this “high load”? @digitaldan
I don’t see any issues with the service or extra load and i can see a normal amount of healthy connections that are active, so i don’t think this is a wide spread issue. Again, would be help full to have info like your openhab version. Feel free to PM your UUID and i can see if there are any logs that may help.
So it shows you had 2 connections with the same UUID, one was actively connected, the other failing to connect b/c there was already an active one. Another user this happened to discovered they had restored an openhab backup to another machine , hence two trying to connect. I also suspect that 3.3 and older versions of the binding had a thread leak where this could happen. Restarting the OS as you did would clear that issue. Glad to hear its working now.
Had the same issue again today. Reboot solved the problem again.
I do not have a second machine running an my side that could result in conflicts.
Is it possible to update the cloud binding to 3.4 without doing a full upgrade of the system to 3.4?
It would probably work, although i have not tested it. I would suggest going to 3.4.2 as thats now the production stable build, but you could download the current addons kar file, rename it as a zip (kar is just a zip archive) and get the 3.4.2 cloud binding there.
That’s what I tried - but 3.4.0 and 3.4.2 jar for cloud connector seems not to be compatible with 3.3 because of a missing framework.
Upgraded now to 3.4.2 - fingers crossed that nothing is broken now
