MyQ binding does not have config file

On OH2, added the Chamberlain MyQ binding.

There is no UI in PaperUI for configuring this binding, so I fired up Eclipse SmartHome and there is no config file in services for this binding. Double checked and /etc/openhab2/services does not have anything related to this.

Where do I start with configuring this in OH2?
