[NEATO] OH3.RC1 Scan for robot item fails with Exception

## Expected Behavior After starting "Scan" a neato:vacuumcleaner (in my case a …BotVac D7) should be added to the inbox. ## Current Behavior No item is created by scan although item can be created manually. ## Possible Solution Add Vacuumcleaner manually, this however requires a secret key (not implemented so far, see: https://github.com/openhab/openhab-addons/issues/4185 so you have to use external scripts such as pybotvac). ## Steps to Reproduce (for Bugs) 1. Set up your cleaner with the neato app and have a working account at neatorobotics.com 2. Install neato binding and set up neato account and wait until account is online. 3. Set log to TRACE 4. Start search. and I have no secret to add the cleaner manually.

Use an external script to obtain the secret. This one works for me
