Need advice on Gira and openHAB

Hello there a newbie here. I have an old Gira Homeserver 2 at this place I bought. It was badly programmed at the time and wasn´t finished by the original owner. I was hoping someone could advice me on what I should do.

Should I scrap it? Keep it and reprogram? is it hard to do this as a DIY project ?

If you own a Gira HS2 you can get the current Software from Gira for free. Install it, initialize your HS2 and begin to program it to your needs. But surely this is the wrong community for HS2 :wink: though there will be a Gira HS binding for openHAB 2, so you could use the HS2 as a interface to knx…
