Hi I have just received a Smart Home SM-PZ701U Z-wave plug (US version, from AliExpress). It was detected by my Z Stick and appeared in HABmin devices list as Z-Wave Node 4 (0000:0003:0002:1.39). So it will not be possible to add your device to the database!
