I use Windows with PaperUI and BasicUI and cloud for mobile app.
The PIR Neo is directly recognized by the zwave binding. Its works and showing lux, battery 100% but no motion (not in PaperUI, phone and BasicUI). Also ruling is not working. So no signal from OFF to ON is passed. Any idea ??
I have bought 4 Neo’s now and all not working on motion…

Looks like malfunction of all Neo sensors (delivered in two batches). Don’t know if anyone experienced same issue. Some problems with luminance I have seen in the community.
