Network Binding things are slow to start and slow to load in the settings UI

I’ve already solved it: For the binding to start correctly, all interfaces have to be disabled (except the main one). Being inactive or not connected is NOT enough. It is necessary to disable them so that they do not appear in the network configuration.

[network] Network Binding things are slow to start from OH 4.1 · Issue #17956 · openhab/openhab-addons

That’s not a solution at all. I have all these interfaces because I need them, not just for fun. And there were no such problem before 4.1. So it’s clearly a bug which has to be fixed.

It wasn’t a solution for me either, as I already only have one adapter on my OpenHAB VM. I noticed that I can now emulate a Ralink network adapter in Proxmox but I haven’t tried switching back to this binding and trying that yet. I kind of moved on and haven’t looked back, but I’m still planning on poking at this when I have time.

Is there any update on this issue?
The same problem happens to me on a M1 MacBook Pro (Sequoia 15.3).

Same issue here, after upgrading from OH 4.3.3 to OH 4.3.4 on raspberry pi 5 with openhabian installation.
I have disabled all interfaces except eth0 (the main one)
