Please note that you have to sign-up for these forums. The icons are really high-class and 3D, but be aware that they are only PNG format, no SVGs. Like:

Sure,
in Paper UI, go to Configuration, Services, UI, under Basic UI or Classic UI configuration button, you can change Icon Format from Vector to Bitmap.
