Could we have an item in sitemaps that represents moving to a new row?
Either that or could we have the ability to nest frames, maybe with a borderless property.
It would be a lot easier to arrange items.
For example; I have 2 lamps both with switches and a dimmer. When displayed I get:
switchdimmerswitch
dimmer
instead of:
switchdimmer
switchdimmer
It all looks a bit messy.
While on the subject of dimmers, could we not have a combined switch and slider in a dimmer item? Instead of having to place 2 items. I know dimmers are used as sliders for other things, but maybe have it as a property ie.switchable in the dimmer item. This would be handy for habpanel too, as there is no integrated switch and slider there either.
There is a switchSupport option in sitemaps for dimmers. If you, instead of moving the slider, touch the label, it will switch and send an on/off command (not setting the dimmer to 0 or 100). I believe it works like that in BasicUI and the Android app. The iOS app even shows an extra switch when this option is added.
That looks quite good in iOS, although you don’t have room for a label in portrait mode. Pity the switch doesn’t show up on browser and clicking anywhere has no effect.
