NFC Tags are not written

Hi all,
I’m trying to write a NFC tag, but when I got NFC Page on the APP and I put Phone Near the Tag, nothing happen and OpenHAB’s NFC screen still remain open for infnite time.

TAG is a ISO 14443-3A, NfcA-Ndef

and it is writable.

Quick Update.
My wife’s phone, Samsung S6, is able to write TAG, my Note 3, both on Lollipop, not.
But my Note 3 is able to read and execute Tag wrote with my wife’s phone.
