Added support for Nikobus addresses as seen in the Niko PC application. In current version only addresses sniffed from the bus can be used which is harder to do for novice users. PR waiting for merge. Download here: http://www.denayer.com/download/org.openhab.binding.nikobus-2.5.1-SNAPSHOT.jar
