Talk to forum users that say have issues and reproduce their issues, then ensure that Github issues are provided with all the relevant data needed.

I am an electronics engineer, my designs are mainly energy conservation and demand reduction.
So far OH has been the most versatile home automation hub that has worked for me with all its add-on.
I have tested most of the add-ons over the years and they hold up perfectly even under industrial stress…
I really want to invest in OH once I become successful…
I also want partners that will make the plan come together…

No, all openHAB and openHABian contributors are volunteers and don’t get paid. I guess it’s selfless i.e. philanthropy. Most if not all have a day job, someone has to pay the rent.
