No UI working properly anymore

After tinkering with soms settings to get my Netatmo working I now ruined my UI’s. For some reason PaperUI does not show items anymore, while they still are visible in Habmin. Habpanel says: Connection lost! Trying to reconnect... and does not show anything while in running, but does show the widgets i added when i enter edit mode. See images:

I tried: Stop OH2, clear /var/lib/openhab2/tmp/ and /var/lib/openhab2/cache/ and start OH2. But it only made thing worse..

Is there a way to fix this? Or need I do a fresh installation?

Somehow the issue solved itself.. By rebooting three of four times everything was back to normal.

What could be the origin of this weird behaviour?
