I have created some number items which are updated by some rules. I would like to add these number items as points to the semantic model. What is the best way to do this? Do I need to create something like a virtual thing to create the channels?
The semantic Model is not about Things or Channels but only Items. You can create Things via a Thing, but you don’t need to. Just select the Item(s) and set Group and semantic class, that’s it.
