OH 2.5 stable Systeminfo fanSpeed & Voltage on Raspberry 4

Hi all

set up the binding recently again after successfly upgrade from 2.4 to 2.5, did clean cache several time but still have no luck to get either cpuVoltage or fanSpeed.

While no message for the CPU Voltage appears in openhab.log the fanSpeed messages can be read:

2019-12-18 16:48:49.330 [WARN ] [o.internal.handler.SysteminfoHandler] - No information for channel sensors#fanSpeed with device index 0 :
2019-12-18 16:49:49.342 [WARN ] [o.internal.handler.SysteminfoHandler] - No information for channel sensors#fanSpeed with device index 0 :
2019-12-18 16:50:49.355 [WARN ] [o.internal.handler.SysteminfoHandler] - No information for channel sensors#fanSpeed with device index 0 :
2019-12-18 16:51:49.373 [WARN ] [o.internal.handler.SysteminfoHandler] - No information for channel sensors#fanSpeed with device index 0 :
2019-12-18 16:52:49.385 [WARN ] [o.internal.handler.SysteminfoHandler] - No information for channel sensors#fanSpeed with device index 0 :
2019-12-18 16:53:49.391 [WARN ] [o.internal.handler.SysteminfoHandler] - No information for channel sensors#fanSpeed with device index 0

Channels are defined and linked, temperature is working well:

Item:

/* Sensors information*/

Number Sensor_CPUTemp  "CPU Temp."  <selftemperature>   (gSystemInfo)                { channel="systeminfo:computer:oh2server:sensors#cpuTemp" }

Number Sensor_CPUVoltage  "CPU Volt"   <energy> (gSystemInfo)     { channel="systeminfo:computer:oh2server:sensors#cpuVoltage" }

Number Sensor_FanSpeed    "CPU Lüfter"      <fan>   (gSystemInfo)    { channel="systeminfo:computer:oh2server:sensors#fanSpeed" }

Somebody got these sensors running on Ri 4?
Thanks for help

The Pi 4 has a fan?

No, but otherwise it throttles quickly and performance drops. RPi4 needs a special trick to run better :slight_smile:

Not sure how above is made but you probably need some PWM controlled fan … via some HAT I guess. Or something like this:
